Plausible Deniability

I woke up very very very (just to emphasize how early was it) early this morning, at around three to fed my baby girl and did not able to sleep again no  matter how I close my eyes, my mind just brought me to places and remind me of people. So instead of meditating of what people did to me I instead open our daily bread booklet and start reading.

This is what I found today and thought I'd share:

"We may successfully fool others, but God knows our hearts." - odb

‎"The Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart. -1Samuel 16:7"

Answering a media charges of scandal and impropriety, the guilty politician responded with the plea: " I have no recollection of those events." It was yet another attempt of a public figure  to apply a strategy called "plausible deniability". This is when individuals try to create a personal safety  net for themselves by seeking to convince others that they have no knowledge of the events in question. Someone else get blamed and becomes the scapegoat for the guilty person's wrong.

Sometimes Christians have their own kind of plausible deniability. We claim ignorance of our wrong behavior, rationalize, or blame others---but God knows the truth. The Bible tells us: "Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart" (1Sam. 16:7)  This is true whether the heart is pure  or it is a corrupt heart  robed in false claims of innocence.  We may fool others who see us only on the outside, but God sees the reality of our hearts---whether good or bad.

It is wise, therefore, to humbly confess our faults to the Lord. he desires that we admit the truths (Ps. 51:6). The only way to escape the sin and restore our fellowship with God is to acknowledge and confess it to Him. --Bill Crowder

Health Risk while using computers and cellphones

There was this news on television about health risk on using gadgets specially computers and cellphones. It was said that not proper sitting position while using computers could lead a person into having health problems such as back pain, this is the same thing with texting. A person needs proper sitting position while doing it.  With regards with using computers; a person should have an eye level computer that means also we should get the right table. It's actually not only about desktop, laptop, netbooks, and cellphones. Using tablet computers is also among this, the same thing with other gadgets that we frequently use everyday.

Without proper information of having a thing could always lead people to risk. So let us be informed  and help avoid the gadget health risk.

Z's first bus ride

The ride was good and shorter than expected, it made her sleepy too. She was quiet with eyes wide open although we could see that she was fighting sleepiness. She all along  curious with  all that she saw.  I love my daughter! :)

Managing my docs

Before our office moved to the new one, we were told by our boss to looked into our stuff and dispose those things that we don't need anymore. So I looked into the drawers and found a lot of papers and other stuff that I really don't need anymore but since there are emotional attachment to the thing... I instead put it in another container to keep it again. It's hard to let go of things specially when those cards and other papers came from different people that are closes to me.

Now on our new office hubby and I shared a table, good thing we have a documents compiler co'z it helped us manage our docs. A table for two people would be very messy if we don't know any document management thing-y. I'm just glad that hubby is a good table arranger that even we put our stuff at the same table it still doesn't look bad. Thanks to hubby and the documents compiler/manager.

What love means (from forward emails)

What Love means to a 4-8 year old . . ....

Slow down for three minutes to read this.  It is so worth it. Touching words from the mouth of babes.

A group of professional people posed this question to a group of
4 to 8 year-olds, 'What does love mean?'

The answers they got were broader and deeper than anyone could have imagined See what you think:

'When my grandmother got arthritis, she couldn't bend over and paint her toenails anymore.
So my grandfather does it for her all the time, even when his hands got arthritis too. That's love.'

Rebecca- age 8

'When someone loves you, the way they say your name is different.
You just know that your name is safe in their mouth.'

Billy - age 4

'Love is when a girl puts on perfume and a boy puts on shaving cologne and they go out and smell each other.'

Karl - age 5

'Love is when you go out to eat and give somebody most of your French fries without making them give you any of theirs.'

Chrissy - age 6

'Love is what makes you smile when you're tired.'

Terri - age 4

'Love is when my mommy makes coffee for my daddy and she takes a sip before giving it to him, to make sure the taste is OK.'

Danny - age 7

'Love is when you kiss all the time. Then when you get tired of kissing, you still want to be together and you talk more.
My Mommy and Daddy are like that. They look gross when they kiss'

Emily - age 8

'Love is what's in the room with you at Christmas if you stop opening presents and listen.'

Bobby - age 7 (Wow!)

'If you want to learn to love better, you should start with a friend who you hate,'

Nikka - age 6
(we need a few million more Nikka's on this planet)

'Love is when you tell a guy you like his shirt, then he wears it everyday.'

Noelle - age 7

'Love is like a little old woman and a little old man who are still friends even after they know each other so well.'

Tommy - age 6

'During my piano recital, I was on a stage and I was scared. I looked at all the people watching me and saw my daddy waving and smiling.

He was the only one doing that. I wasn't scared anymore.'

Cindy - age 8

'My mommy loves me more than anybody
You don't see anyone else kissing me to sleep at night.'

Clare - age 6

'Love is when Mommy gives Daddy the best piece of chicken.'

Elaine-age 5

'Love is when Mommy sees Daddy smelly and sweaty and still says he is handsomer than Robert Redford.'

Chris - age 7

'Love is when your puppy licks your face even after you left him alone all day.'

Mary Ann - age 4

'I know my older sister loves me because she gives me all her old clothes and has to go out and buy new ones.'

Lauren - age 4

'When you love somebody, your eyelashes go up and down and little stars come out of you.' (what an image)

Karen - age 7

'Love is when Mommy sees Daddy on the toilet and she doesn't think it's gross.'

Mark - a ge 6

'You really shouldn't say 'I love you' unless you mean it. But if you mean it, you should say it a lot. People forget.'

Jessica - age 8

And the final one

The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife.

Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there.

When his Mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said,

'Nothing, I just helped him cry'

When there is nothing left but God, that is when you find out that God is all you need. Take 60 seconds and give this a shot! All you do is simply say the following small prayer for the person who sent you this.

Heavenly Father, please bless all my friends in whatever it is that You know they may be needing this day! And may their life be full of Your peace, prosperity and power as he/she seeks to have a closer relationship with You. Amen.

Then send it on to five other people, including the one who sent it to you. Within hours you caused a multitude of people to pray for other people. Then sit back and watch the power of God work in your life.

P. S. Five is good, but more is

...still not feeling well :(

It's almost three days now that I'm feeling this way... not feeling good! :(
What I worry about though is... tomorrow is my "inaanak" b-day and christening day, it's no excuse being sick not to be there. Plus... this would be my Z's first birthday to attend, and she is all set. Yet.. it would be no fun as well if we all (as a family) feel ill.
I am excited for my baby Z and for Kobe b-day tomorrow!
Hope everything will be all right.
