Let's run for a weight loss cause

My friend set a running or jog for a cause activity for our team that she called a "jog for mission cause". We do this every other Saturday morning starting from six until eight o'clock. This has been going from March till' last week of September twenty-ten before our mission trip to Cambodia. We were actually thinking of continuing this   to continue our fund raising since we have a mission twice a year (local and foreign) so that we have funds for trips promotions and other expenses.
I wish I have best running shoes then so that I won't walk most of the time when we have the jogging. I walked because I'm not in proper running attire and sometimes just wearing my flip flops. I went just to support the team not really because I wanted to run.
Since our running activity has stopped I stop walking too, and the gym don't look appealing to me to go to, so I think I need a set of resistance bands to motivate me to do workout even here at home and I don't need to go anywhere to workout, and then with my running shoes hubby and I could just go run around our block and done. This things will be easily purchase online with no hassle at all, it will be delivered right to your door.

Yes, nothing beats having a proper running shoes when you join a run for a cause. It eliminates discomfort in running. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
