I don't know, today I just feels weird. My body seems heavy though I've been walking here and there, done this and that and even used a dumbbell for exercise that last only five minutes :))))And now, I'm here at the office feeling weird! whew!
I ate breakfast late though and haven't eaten my lunch yet because it feels yuck!
whatever... this too will pass!

Actually.. I was brought to the hospital after this. That weird feeling was actually acidity. :))
